The Latest Fitness Trend Is?

After searching high and low and everywhere in between, I have finally found the exercise program that is going to give me the Summer Bod I have always dreamed of. I am so excited because I figure if I start this program right now, I will have my Summer Bod by, well, Summer, or if I work extra hard in just a few short weeks. So, please read on.

I know that everyone over 50 has heard of Prancercise as the number one way to get in shape. If you haven’t, you might want to check it out on Youtube. But being the creative sort that I am, I have made my own version called Little Sistercize. It borrows some elements from Prancercise, but not all of them. I truly believe this is going to catch the world by storm, and Little Sistercise will be will become the number one fitness program on the face of the planet.

It is very simple to do, you don’t need any special equipment to do the exercises. All you need is a strong desire to get in shape and some runners or cowboy boots, which ever you prefer. Make sure to wear loose fitting clothes, and most importantly an oversize black cowboy hat. The hat must be large because you will be doing a lot of sweating so your head needs room to breathe. Little Sistercise can be done indoors, but because you need lots of room to move around, it is recommended you do this outside. You can even do it in the rain or snow, just make sure to dress accordingly.

I have included a couple of videos for you to check out. If you like what you see please let me know. Both videos were shot inside because I was just too lazy to go outside.

In the first video you will see that I opted for loose fitting black clothing, an oversize cowboy hat, and my cowboy boots. Again the type of foot wear you choose is optional. This video is a few simple warm up exercises you can do before you really get going. They are very easy to do and not hard on your joints at all.

The second video demonstrates just one of several exercises included in Little Sistercise that will get your heart pumping. Sadly, I I was unable to show you the whole routine as the camera person was Union and crying about needing a smoke break, so I had to let him go. If you want to see more of the routine just let me know. I am working on getting a Sistercise Youtube channel up soon where you can see the full routine.
